This machine produces Mounted Flap Wheels semi-automatically, programmed motor drives the cutting blade to cut the sanding cloth belt to flaps and insert the flaps into a rotating steel mould gaps automatically and then operator load the shaped flap wheel into a plastic mould to hold the shape and  be ready for next processing, filling glue and oven heating.
